KISS Computing, Inc. Billing Policies and Procedures

These Terms and Conditions are intended to make clear the nature of the relationship that will exist between KISS Computing, Inc. and its clients. We encourage all clients to become familiar with our terms before embarking on a project with us.

KISS Computing is committed to client satisfaction. KISS is a member of the HTML Writer's Guild, the International Webmaster Association, and the Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce. KISS is also a member of the Better Business Bureau ( ID# 79087 ), and abides by all of the membership standards of that organization. The BBB provides, at no cost to you, dispute resolution and arbitration - which no client of KISS has ever needed or used in our 11 years of existence.

Notwithstanding the nature of any issue of dispute between KISS Computing, Inc. and a client, the absolute limit of KISS Computing, Inc.'s liability shall be the price of the project or the product purchased.

  • All invoices are due upon receipt, and are considered late 14 days from their mailing date. KISS will not be required to continue work for a client whose invoices are not paid by their due date; nor is KISS obliged to renew a domain name by its renewal date when payment has not been made. KISS will shall not be responsible for the loss of a domain name under such circumstances.
  • If an invoice for hosting remains unpaid for thirty (30) days from the date of such invoice, KISS may turn the hosting account off and take the client's web site off line until payment of all outstanding charges have been received from the client.
  • All files created by KISS that collectively constitute a web site as viewed online, and not including source files, become the property of the client when the invoice is paid in full. All techniques, algorithms, methods, programming scripts and rights owned by KISS at the commencement of a project and employed by KISS in the performance of services (“KISS Materials”) are and shall remain the property of KISS unless in the public domain. KISS grants to each client a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, unrestricted license to use, modify, transfer and maintain the KISS Materials as an integral part of the web site for which the KISS Materials were developed, and for no other purpose.
  • Finance charges of 1.5% per month on past due invoices shall be assessed.
  • KISS Computing reserves the right to change these policies in the future.

KISS Computing Product Policy

KISS Computing, Inc. offers domain name registration services as a licensed reseller for OpenSRS. KISS Computing, Inc. offers assistance and technical support in the purchasing of these products, and you may call 508-255-9550 for that assistance.

Domain name registrations purchased through KISS Computing, Inc. will be renewed automatically thirty (30) days prior to their expiration dates assuming the renewal fee for same has been received from our clients by that time.

Each client is required hereby to accept the Terms and Conditions of OpenSRS Tucows, the Registrar for whom KISS Computing, Inc., Inc. is a licensed reseller, as part of the registration of a domain name, as well as all KISS Computing, Inc.'s Terms and Conditions, including this Policy Statement.

Should any dispute arise between KISS Computing and a domain name client, the absolute liability of KISS Computing, Inc. in resolving any such dispute shall be limited to the cost of the product paid to KISS by the client.
